NOMADS ROCK!!! I could totally get use to this lifestyle. We do so many cool things and we have so many good friends and family who are gracious enough to take us in. Here's a bit of our shenanigans.
Dad took Clara and I to the Salem art fair. I don't remember the art, but the games were a blast.
The Great Oregon Steam Up had a killer train ride.
Nelda has a beautiful piano. Clara and I are learning to tickle the ivories.
Did you know we went to Alaska on a GIANT boat? Here we are on our balcony leaving Seattle
We were celebrating this happy couple's 40th anniversary. They look like it could be their 4th :-)
Looking for Whales!
Finding them!
Looking for Glaciers! they were harder to find, it was WARM!
BEARS
Skagway!
Awesome Views
Tracey Arm Fjord where Clara is demonstrating the wind
Glacier!
Big Glacier!
The Lumberjacks in Ketchikan gave us a show
Dad says we wouldn't have been allowed in this area 50 years ago. Glad that changed!
Fly In at Independence State Airport. This guy built this wooden plane from scratch!
Did I mention we have a home improvement project going on? This is dad's new toy! A Natural Gas powered furnace! I was hoping they were going to turn the tank into a pool, but no dice
This is where the slide to the basement is going to go!
Here's the laundry room. I'm pretty sure mom and dad placed it right outside our rooms to remind us of something.
We have a new landing at the top of the stairs, or a really strange door for the bedroom on the left.
They tell me we'll have walls eventually, but I'm pretty sure this is new age home design. Where doors are optional!
I hope you're enjoying your summer as much as Clara and I. Kindergarten starts in less than 2 WEEKS!!!! I may have talked mom into a new Doc McStuffins backpack and lunch bag. More to come...
