But tomorrow is officially the first day of our last week of work before we leave. YAY!!!
If the first sentence of my blogging career is any indication, hold on, folks. It's going to be a wild ride.
We've decided both of our employers are in denial about our leaving so soon, but we're slowly convincing them it's actually happening, and SOON. We're working on picking our route, deciding what needs to come in the car (Bork, for those of you who don't know the car's name), and what we can ship to our handy dandy private storage facility in Independence (aka Mom and Dad Hubele's house), and finishing the random food remaining in our cupboard, including those pesky canned carrots. Who eats canned carrots, anyway? We're also trying to spend some quality time with friends and family in the Philly area before we go.
So this particular entry is less than exciting, but good practice.
